You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the 499but Platform. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 499but reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfied.

The Platform is operated for and targeted at users in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 499but makes no representation that the services described on this website are available or appropriate in locations outside Bangladesh.

The following individuals are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded or excluded by 499but.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 499but or its affiliate partners.
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual or entity for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.

To access the full features of the Platform, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals, you must register a Member account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number.

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on 499but. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 499but will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests submitted to a mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed the same business day, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. 499but reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless 499but expressly approves an alternative in writing. This policy is maintained to prevent financial fraud and money laundering.

Funds deposited to your 499but account are held exclusively for the purpose of betting and gaming activity on the Platform. 499but does not pay interest on account balances. Account balances do not constitute a banking deposit and are not protected by any government deposit guarantee scheme.

Promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and reward credits are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, time limits, and game restrictions. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 499but reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a bonus conversion profit, or any other conduct that 499but determines to be contrary to the spirit of a promotion.

499but reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already opted into a promotion prior to its modification will generally be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, except where a change is required by law or regulation.

499but reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are only accepted once confirmed on your account statement. Verbal, telephone, or informal confirmations do not constitute acceptance of a bet.

In the event that a bet is accepted as a result of a manifest error (including but not limited to incorrect odds displayed due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure), 499but reserves the right to void such a bet and refund the stake. A "palpable error" is an error that a reasonable person would immediately recognise as incorrect, such as odds of 100/1 on a strong sporting favourite.

All cricket betting markets — including but not limited to BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and other domestic or international competitions — are governed by the specific market rules published on the Platform. In the event of a match abandonment, reduction of overs, or unforeseen interruption, settlement will follow the stated market rules for that event type.

Casino games (including live dealer tables provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi) and slot titles (provided by NetEnt, Microgaming, and other certified studios) are governed by the rules of each individual game. 499but shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if 499but has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

499but makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. 499but shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime.

499but reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Where a change to these Terms is material, 499but will make reasonable efforts to notify active Members by email or via an on-Platform notification prior to the change taking effect. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
